An Organization With Dedication and Passion

Who We Are

Victorious Student Living, Inc. (VSL) is a nonprofit organization that was founded by Nichole R. Jefferson, a former staff member at FAMU who saw the need to help students arriving at FAMU without a place to live. She knows that the desire to attend college is so great among some high school and transfer students that they leave home not knowing where they will sleep upon arriving in Tallahassee.

VSL currently focuses its resources on the homeless student population at neighboring colleges / universities as well as students throughout the nation.

VSL currently provides rental assistance, food, clothing, book vouchers, mini refrigerators,  microwaves,  and personal care items,  to those students facing housing and food insecurity.

VSL serves this homeless student population  and students facing hardship by assisting them to become successful graduates. As a newly formed non-profit organization with a IRS tax exempt 501 (c)3 status, VSL strives to secure greatly needed funds to increase its ability to serve additional students.
